We follow Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

We collect: your phone number and country, the date you confirmed your age, payments (the provider keeps card and mobile money details), your email if you join a list, your alert choices and basic usage. We never ask for your trading password.

We use it to give you access, send codes, process payments and reminders, send the alerts and emails you chose, and keep emma secure. We share it only with the services that run emma (SMS, email, payments, hosting) and never sell it.
